Counseling

Mission Statement

Our mission is to inspire all students to reach their highest potential by implementing a comprehensive school counseling program. This program focuses on the student’s academic, social and emotional needs to increase the chance of student success. School counselors demonstrate the four themes described by ASCA National Model which are: leadership, advocacy, collaboration and systematic change to extend student potential and academic achievement.

What are the benefits of counseling?

Counseling helps foster advocacy for students, increases academic achievement, and supports parents, families, teachers and administration. Counseling can also increase knowledge and practice in healthy coping skills, help the community, promote collaboration and provide crisis support to students and their families.
