The Gadsden ESD #32 takes any threat seriously and would like to notify the community that we are currently working very closely with the San Luis AZ Police Department.
All our schools are currently in session and we will continue to follow the San Luis AZ Police Department's recommendations as new information comes in.

From San Luis AZ Police Department:"The San Luis Police Department is currently investigating a threat call at the San Luis High School. The Department takes all threats seriously and is working with the high school to validate the threat's credibility.
We are sharing a notification from the Yuma Police Department and El Mirage Police Department regarding the same type of investigation.
We want to remind parents to talk with their children about sharing any school threats. Children should report these threats to their parents or a responsible adult, not to their friends, or continue to circulate them on any social media platform.

The El Mirage Police and Dysart Unified School District have received several reports from individuals with concerns of a possible threat to schools in another local district. These threats, circulating on various social media platforms, have been investigated and were determined to be false. Similar social media posts have been reported to neighboring school districts and linked to identified hoaxes on social media.
EMPD would like to assure the community that these threats are not tied to our school, district, or city and that there is no known credible threat. Out of an abundance of caution, our officers will be present at our neighborhood campuses to ensure student and faculty safety.
