Seat Belt Simulator
Wednesday September 10th Officer Marquez visited our school and brought along a very important simulator. He showed the students what happens to a person in an accident if they are wearing their seat belt or not. The staff and students learned a lot from this presentation. We want to thank the Dept. of Public Safety, Lt. Larry Parks, and Office Martin Marquez for making this presentation possible.
On behalf of the staff and students at Rio Colorado I would like to thank the Crisis Team headed by Tory Bourgeon, Gadsden School District School Board and all personnel, San Luis Fire Dept., YRMC, and community members for all of their efforts, support and donations during this difficult time. Your thoughts, wishes, and prayers have been appreciated greatly.
